Hi All

Having reviewed the weather forecast for Sunday we have decided to make an early call and cancel the trophy presentation day. The current forecast for Sunday is a high probability of rain with between 4-20mm predicted. Although the hourly forecast looks ok, there remains a large amount of uncertainty.

The decision for the early cancellation is based on the following:
- We have an outdoor event planned
- There is a lack of viable alternative dates to ensure players receive their trophies if rain dictated cancellation
- Early cancellation allows for coaches / managers to collect trophies from the Clubhouse on Friday night and hold a presentation to their team on completion of the last Saturday competition game.

Based on this could coaches / managers please arrange for collection of trophies from the club house between 5.30 and 6.30 on Friday night.

A big thanks to Catherine Malone who has contributed substantial time and effort into the Presentation day. Hopefully next year the weather gods come to the party.
